i was recently asked if i knew of a company that could provide w2k/xp
support for a 40 desktop office in manhattan. they run ad and exchange
and need something like 5hrs of in-house support a month in addition to
handling some phone calls, among other things.

anybody know of a firm that could provide that kind of support?
