NYCPHP Meetup

We are in need of a PHP developer for a project to commence immediately, and
last approx 40-60 hours. We have developed a CMS/CRM web based tool using
Access and Coldfusion, and now wish to recreate it in a PHP/SQL environment.
The coldfusion tool may be used as a blueprint for the PHP version. It
contains:

Single Site management (client view):
Comprehensive CMS for all content
User-Friendly site outline that makes administration simple
User management of opt-in email list and basic user information
Newsletter testing and delivery features

Multiple site management:
Site data is segregated, allowing multiple sites to run on the same scripts
Sites are managed by visitor login data, allowing clients to access their
own data
Overall construct is managed with administrative logins, allowing
administrators access to all client data

We are located in Rockland County, and the developer hired for this contract
should be able to travel to meet with us frequently. We will also require
long-term support, and future planned enhancements.

Candidate should have a full understanding of CMS/CRM development, and
examples of their own work that depicts this knowledge.
