Mortgage company in midtown NYC is looking for a bright PHP developer.

-- Absolutely *MUST* be a hard-core PHP programmer.
-- PHP programming minimum of 3+ years, with specific emphasis on object
oriented programming
-- Knowledge / experience with other programming languages a plus
-- Thorough understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL
-- Must have a working knowledge of Linux(any flavor, RedHat Linux
preferred)
-- Must have worked with version control system (CVS or SVN preferred)
-- Must know & understand XML
-- Exposure to "AJAX" a huge plus
