Seeking PHP Coder/Developer

We are a rapidly growing start-up seeking a skilled PHP coder. The job presents a unique opportunity for the right person to grow with the company both in terms of salary, position, and in developing cutting edge web-based skills.

The right candidate must possess the ability to take on complex web-development problems (front-end and back-end) and creatively use all available resources to solve them. We are mainly interested in your willingness to dive into new development areas and coding languages and your ability to innovate when called on to do so.

You must possess a strong understanding of PHP and its relationship to MySQL/Database.

Additional skills of interest include:
CSS
JAVASCRIPT/AJAX

Compensation: 75-100k per year. We currently have a firm foothold in the adult-content market and the potential revenue stream is quite massive. The web-technology we are using is very cutting edge and we focus strongly on innovation wherever possible. The work environment and culture within the office is very open and enjoyable with the  energy and spirit of everyone aimed at producing excellence. The projects are often quite fun and exciting.
