I'm posting this on behalf of a colleague:

Prominent NYC non-profit is seeking a contract IT consultant to survey intranet hardware/software, make suggestions for improvement, interface with staff, monitor/supervise implementation of recommendations, etc. Please respond with a brief summary of your experiences and certifications, as well as your fee (fixed or hourly) to be considered.

Facility currently uses WINDOWS IIS and ODBC.
