That's why we are looking for a well rounded developers who are willing to tackle a project with the team using whatever languages, frameworks or technologies make sense.
Skills
Experience in PHP. (Ruby, Python, or Perl a plus),
Strong Database knowledge and experience,
Experience in a lower level system development language like Java or C++.
Experience with and the ability to quickly pick up API's.
Experience in 3 or 4 languages
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
Knowledge of the HTTP protocol really helpful
