The Software Engineer of Managed Solutions (Fixed Income) is responsible 
for designing, developing, writing, implementing, and maintaining 
web-based applications focused around Interactive Data's Pricing and 
Reference data capabilities. Duties include requirement analysis, design, 
implementation, testing, integration and maintenance of applications to 
meet strategic business goals and client needs. A wide range of discretion 
and judgment is expected of the candidate in order to work independently 
to plan and accomplish goals. 

Qualifications:  
Strong experience working with PHP5, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML
Familiarity with common developer tools (Ant, CVS/SVN, etc)
Familiarity with PHP frameworks (Zend, CodeIgniter, Kohana, CakePHP, or 
Symfony)
Experience with AJAX and JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Prototype)
Strong understanding of web technologies and web design
Experience working with Fixed Income Data
Awareness of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.
Must also possess a high degree of creativity and a strong talent for 
problem-solving to conquer complex technical obstacles
A proven desire to learn and contribute to the successful completion of 
team goals and projects
Experience developing database-driven/XML-based Flash/Flex components is a 
plus
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
