...yep.
Culture is everything when building a team. If you can't create a culture
that makes people love working for you, you'll never survive. I'm not
interested in creating a culture that works for everyone, I'm interested in
creating a culture that works specifically for the key people I need. It's
not a job for everyone, and I'll never describe it as such.
