Hi everyone,
Krossover is growing fast and looking for more people to help us. In particular, PHP developers and a front-end developer.
First a bit about us:
Krossover (www.krossover.com) is a sports media company. We break down game film for coaches and athletes, saving them 4-6 hours or work per week. We make our customers very happy, and all of our first year customers are coming back for more. We are a funded startup, and expect rapid growth in the near future. Our ultimate goal is to be the YouTube of sports, but in the meantime we provide a real service to people who need it.
From a technology point of view we're doing lots of cool projects involving video, content sharing, and more.

PHP Web Developer

Job Description
- Responsible for developing complex, scalable and robust web portal.
- Experience in developing robust PHP code using framework (like Yii / Kohana) is highly desirable
Qualifications:
- At least BS in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Worked on multi-tiered architecture
- Solid understanding of MVC
- Database schema design skills and knowledge of nosql DB like MongoDB
- Hands on experience in JQuery, Javascript, AJAX, XML
- Knowledge of security, web services, cross browser issues
- Experience of handling heavily trafficked web portals
- Good in problem solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Self directed, highly motivated individual willing to face technical challenges
- Experience in html5 and/or video streaming technology is a plus
Lead Front End Developer

- Javascript Ninja
- Solid experience with HTML, CSS, Media Object Embedding
- Hands-on bleeding edge technologies including HTML5, CSS3
- Comfortable working with Json, Ajax
- Some example of smart utilization of existing Javascript based libraries (e.g. Jquery UI)
- Ability to work with Photoshop desirable
