[b]Skills and Qualifications[/b]
*             BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is required
*             5+ years of software engineering experience in a software company
*             Experience with Ad Servers
*             Excellent communication and presentation skills
*             Expert in PHP and experience using frameworks like Zend or Lithium
*             Strong knowledge of MySQL and database optimizations
*             Great web skills, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript
*             Comfortable with agile development cycles, unit testing, regular deliverables
