Our client was incorporated in January 2008 in London, UK. They specialise in White Label E-Commerce Solutions that enables Artists, Brands, Promoters and Venues to sell Tickets directly to

fans. Due to rapid international growth, they are now looking to increase the size of their NYC office.



Job Description:
Searching for a talented PHP & MySQL developer to join the team in Manhattan, to develop and support core applications, providing customers and clients with a best in class service

Requirements:

 *   2+ years experience in server side application development –PHP & MySQL
 *   Experience in consumer facing web development languages – XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery or Dojo
 *   Experience with external data feeds such as API and XML
 *   Ability to create secure scripts and take responsibility and ownership of scripts created
 *   Strong work ethic
 *   Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks effectively
 *   Problem solver and project architect
 *   Portfolio of previous projects worked on and examples of code
 *   May be required to complete a timed test

Desirable Skills:

 *   Experience with high-traffic environments
 *   Knowledge of non-relational database - MongoDB
 *   Experience with version control (specifically git)
 *   Some offline development such as PC, Mac or Phone Apps
 *   Magento development would be an added bonus
 *   Passion for music

Key Responsibilities:

 *   Maintenance of current staff and client facing solutions
 *   Future project design, development, testing, documentation and project roll out
 *   Ad-Hoc script design and creation for custom ecommerce platform
 *   Report generation to enable information for both internal and external clients
 *   Internal support where information/updates are required which are not available to staff
 *   API integration support for clients
 *   Continuously develop CrowdSurge and industry knowledge, commercial awareness and own skills and abilities in order to provide the best possible standard of IT solutions.
