Need engineers for:
* working on internal apps and core technologies.
* work on scaling our databases, improving our deployment process, web site
performance, moving mountains of data, storing and serving hundreds of
millions of photos, internal support and communication tools.
* do work closely with Ops to configure, run, and monitor services.
About You

Demonstrated ability to master any programming domain, given a little time
to do so. You've likely worked with a variety of languages in your career.
Strong database experience, especially around scaling applications. You can
spin yarns about how you've done this right and wrong at your previous jobs.
And we'll give bonus points if you can actually spin yarn.

You should be comfortable thinking in nanoseconds, petabytes, disk seeks,
network latency, error rates, and power laws. The word "millions" is used
frequently, and in many contexts.
