can you ping or tracert to the server ??
if not then download this  http://www.elifulkerson.com/projects/tcping.php
and try to hit the server using port 80 if that fails the web services
on that server are not running

Also you might want empty out your browser cache. remember the address
in an iframe is just code . The url is still the same so your server
maybe serving up cached info or your web browser.
