Did someone mention using Google's offices for the meetings? I'm sure they would have web conferencing facilities as well as wifi.

I've been looking into the webcasting idea, and right now the problem is bandwidth (we don't have enough of it)... If we can get access to a connection on a laptop, I'd be more than happy to setup a video server for it, but as of now, there's nothing fast enough for it...
