Thanks, that's a good solution too. But in the way I'm using PHP for 
this project, its more work for me. The designers really need to 
access the HTML markup and the content. This is not to say that it 
could be done with what you are proposing, but, I'll need to add an 
interface to it so one could change the strings used for the 
questions, and an easy way for the designer to change the HTML markup.
