I used to have older version of php (4.1.2), fopen()
and fread() were very smooth. Recently changed to
4.3.X. and comes this problem: fopen() some website,
fread(), and then print(), only portion of the page
could be presented, even tried my own site having same
problem. I remember the new version has some problem
for file handling, just can't find the info. Anyone
can help please.
