greetings ...

ive been struggling getting something compiled (its for a wireless
honeycomb project) and was going crazy today through googling my problem
and could not come up with a single solution, so maybe someone here has
seen the same issue (a few people compiling php modules seem to have the
same issue without solution) ...

configure bails out @:
sed: file ./dsjfoidsfjods/subs-1.sed line 84: Unterminated `s' command

now i figured it was shell related because through bash this happens:

$ echo "php" | sed "s/php/\\/"
sed: -e expression #1, char 8: Unterminated `s' command
$ echo "php" | sed 's/php/\\'
\

im not sure what to conclude here since i ran through config.status and
could not find any "" expressions.  just one of those problems i just
like to understand.
