That sounds like a good idea. I'd be glad to give you space on one of my 
servers for your site. You could code it all by hand or I could set you 
up a wiki to post on. That way you could let others post similar 
articles to the site. If you have a domain name you could point it at 
the site - otherwise I'd just make up a domain name for you.
