yes that's the default 404 for XAMPP.

Check the DrrorDocument settings (as above, or locally in .htaccess) and 
get back to us.

(side note: sometimes people only get to setting custom error docs when 
they are going "live". If you are planning to go live on XAMPP, there 
maybe other issues you want to address because XAMPP is designed for 
non-secure, development stuff an dnot producton)
