try checking to see if you are listed on any RBL's.

check the vhost IP against something like www.openrbl.org.  If its listed,
get a different vhost provider.

Those domains (hotmail/mac.com)  still accept mail _WITHOUT_ spf entries, it
would be against the RFC not to.
