Tim,

THanks for your response.  Implementing a certificate system like MIT
is probably out of the question.  They are looking for a good solution
that will not take long to get up and running.

They are only going to have a handful of domains, probably 6 max that
will be setup for this.  Although I am sure they would expand in the
future I am not sure a system like this will be cost effective for
them.
