try turning
	echo "<form action='./edit.php' method='post'>\n";
into
	echo "<form action='/edit.php' method='post'>\n";

It is blowing my mind because I thought it would be a simple thing to fix but I can't figure it out.  I even moved the form echo statements to a test file on the server and it does not do this at all.
