Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for a MySQL DBA. Our
client is a small trading company that leverages their technology to
separate themselves from their competition. You would join a team of
about 15 software engineers who share a passion for technology.

 

The role requires an individual who has previously worked as a MySQL
DBA, preferably with large amounts of data. Typical responsibilities
will be administration work, creation of tables, organization and
optimization of queries and data modeling. The company wants to bring an
individual on board for at least 2-3 months (possibly to hire) to show
them overall best practices when it comes to MySQL. The ideal candidate
will have worked in a LAMP environment, as our client works heavily with
Linux. There is an **immediate need** to fill this position and our
client is phone screening right away.

 

Required:

-Experience as a MySQL DBA

-Experience working in LAMP environment

 

Candidate must be willing to work on-site and must be eligible to work
on a w-2 basis. Local candidates only please.
