> The php.ini file contains only three lines:
> zend_extension_ts=C:\Program Files\Zend\lib\php5\ZendDebuggerLocal.dll
> zend_debugger.allow_hosts=127.0.0.1/32
> session.save_path=C:\Program Files\Zend\tmp

If your php.ini file doesn't have a 
extension_dir = "c:\some_dir", you 
will have to enter that directive 
yourself (and populate that directory 
with the proper dll's)
